Review Update:On the basis of original review the customer care team contacted me and provided the demo services and checked installation.Geyser is working as expected and the auto timer option is really helpful.Original ReviewAmazon delivery was good. Installation process was nightmare, have to call more than 10 times to schedule the installation. The installation technician was not aware about the product or its packaging all in all pathetic service from Racold.

I bought a Racold 15 liter eterno geyser from cloud tail in September 2020 and turned out to be a nightmare as the geyser stopped working after a month and its 3 weeks now after the geyser is not working and the customer support is horrible and they say the spare PCB is not available and i am stuck with this, also heard from my friend that Racold customer support is pathetic and would never suggest buying a Racold water heater, i now use AO Smith and really good

Only problem is, It wont turn off when not in use. It will give some sort of beep sound. And most importantly it is making some sort of cracking sounds while releasing hot water.

Good product. Faced issue with getting free installation as these technician always want to churn money. Later due to intervention of Racold Regional senior executive service, who was really good at his job, got the job done. Thanks to him.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT. Thank you, for such swift service. The geyser indeed is 25 Litres as purchased and not 15 Litres as label pasted on the body. And also tested and proven by Racold service engineer who visited me. I took this opportunity to help buyers like me. I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT, SERVICE AND THE STAFF OF RACOLD. Installation to be done today (6-Jul-19).

Like the advanced features of timer and digital temparture settingIt does remember the timer setting(if any) even after power is gone.Annoying beep while keeping it ON for long not in use can be switched off by turning Eco mode off

I am using it for almost past two years. It seems to be too good. We can easily set our required hot water temperature. It will accurately control and delliver the hot water at specified temperature. Highly recommended for people who are very much concern about Energy Efficiency.
