Buyer beware ! , the waistband is very small ! .As long as your slim to start with no problem you will not need this . I am 40" waist and it will not fit my waist

Does not get hot enough poor
The Sauna Reducer does get hot enough to make you sweat not like what is shown on the advert bit of false marketing I believe shabby product

Very poor. Gets hot for a few seconds and then cools down before causing you to sweat. Does not work and had to return it!
