Sometimes, you have to go against everything your well-meaning Mother taught you and ride your bike in the dark. Whether you're commuting to work or have to start your long training rides before the sun comes up to fit them in, riding without daylight is just necessary sometimes. Give your poor Mother some Relief and put a light on your handlebars that enables you to see the road or trail in front of you and that will keep you visible to approaching motorists. Lezyne's Macro drive XL 600Lm loaded light kit is an excellent place to start. Emitting up to 600 lumens of light in front of you, the light illuminates the contours of the road to help you avoid obstacles and see where you're going. Light performance is great. Battery life is below expectations and advertised specs.
06/28/2017 UpdateNot even one year old and the light died. This light was used on less than 70 rides. Pretty disappointing. Also, the USB micro-b connector is so deeply seated that it can be a challenge to connect the power cable for recharge. Often the cable would insert but it was not actually connected. What actually was happening is the charging cable end was damaging the USB port on the light by inserting between the top of the port edge and the actual USB connector (that the cable is supposed to plug into). Time to look for another light.-------Amazon vendor is great. No issues there and I would buy from them again.Light performance is great. Plenty of operational modes to choose from and very bright. Does a very good job as a headlight in total darkness without the need of a separate battery.The battery performance is disappointing though. This light says it is supposed to last for 13+ hrs in flash mode. When I first started using this, the power LED went from green to yellow (50% battery indication) in about 3 hrs. After using for about 2 months, it turns yellow around 2.5hrs (i.e. battery performance is noticeably degrading). There is no way this light is going to last 13+ hrs in flash mode. I even tested it and the light shut down somewhere between 8 and 9 hrs (when it was new). Lezyne claimed that this light should last for the 13+ hrs and seemed willing to try a new battery. But after a few emails, I stopped hearing from them. Anyhow, it will go for at least 8 hrs in flash and that may very well suit most users needs. Just don't claim 13+ hrs if it doesn't come anywhere near it.

Classy looks, Bright
Great light. Super bright, as advertised and expected, and the look is real good too in my opinion. Very clean and classy look to it, I would say. Lasts about 3-5 days of 20-25 minute commutes, using the light only in one direction; which is acceptable for the brightness and size, I would say. The only issue I have is with the charging port. It is recessed in the back of the unit, quite deep, and it can be tricky sometimes to fit the mini USB in there straight. but this is maybe an extra second of wiggling, which doesn't matter enough to knock off a star, I don't think.

Lezyne Great Customer Service
Plenty bright for a compact light, with lots of different modes. My original XL600 wouldn't hold a charge as long as they're specs said, so I contacted Lezyne's customer service. My light was promptly replaced with the newer XL800. Highly recommend this light, and Lezyne products in general. Four stars because the mount is a bit awkward. They offer other types of mounts, so i may buy a different one to try.

Great light for the price.
Great light for road or mountain biking. I run it on the 400 lumen setting for mountain biking to get good run time. Light does not come with helmet mount and does not fit oversized bars well. All in all a great light for the price.

Excellent light
Excellent light. I like the strobe mode for daytime visibility and when I have it on I notice a huge difference in cars giving me the right-a-way. I use it about an hour every day and have to recharge it every 4 days or so.

i love it. it illuminates so well the street, im doing mtb rides at night and feel very secure..i wanted to buy something with more lumens don't know why but this amount is perfect..totally recomend it...i do rides of 1-2 hours and power lasts more than enough.

Conforme à la description et aux attentes
Le produit éclaire très convenablement et permet réellement de conduire sur une route non éclairée.L'installation sur le guidon est très simple, mais il faut une certaine force pour l'accrocher. Ce ne pas forcément à la portée d'un jeune collégien.L'autonomies est bien de 1 heures à pleine puissance...Le bouchon pour dégager le port de recharge USB est assez dur à défaire la première fois, mais c'est un coup a prendre.

他のライトより割高なのは百も承知で購入。自転車にも問題無く装着。明るさも問題なし…が、しかし、シルバー部分に引っ掻き傷が（；＿；） 展示品だったのかなぁ。ま、外で使用する物なのでそのまま使ってます。星一つだけマイナスです。 物はいいですょ！

一年経たずに、、
2016年9月に購入して、昨日壊れました。雨で濡らしたわけでもなく、落としたわけでもなく普通に使っていると、道の段差の衝撃でオフになる。充電してもフル充電にならないので、完全に壊れたと思いました。
