The outside cover is soft, thick enough, and flexible, which is great. Though, I wish I got the adhesive covers that have the middle already cut out. When taking off the adhesive covers, it got stuck to the CGM and nearly ripped it out, so I’ve been cutting the middle out with scissors to ensure that does not happen again. It’s very sticky (which is good), but it’s also very difficult to get off, especially if it’s on the CGM. I do want to mention, it was bad on my part, because I accidentally got part of the adhesive on the CGM, which caused the issue. In ten days no peel up, no fraying, and it looks almost as well as the day I put it one. The patch has the glueless center in case you need to replace a patch, that minimizes the likelihood of removing the patch and pulling up the sensor prematurely. It's easy to use, the backing pulls off with no issues and laid on my arm flat with no wrinkles. The prints are colorful and happy, and I find them all very attractive in the assortment I chose.
