I love my glass water bottle!The glass is thick and high quality -- the lining of the opening doesn't feel harsh along the lips. The silicone case is soft and easy to handle, it doesn't move and stays in place. I love the Mint color I ordered. Nice touch on offering two lid options: the bamboo and metal silver lid with the ribbon string. I like the bamboo out of pure preference, but the metal silver option is of nice quality, as well, as the string is very durable.Initially, I had received my bottle with a small chip along the drinking rim. After reaching out to customer service with a photo and proof of Amazon purchase, they were wonderful & quick to respond ny sending me a replacement within the next 3-4 business days. What's nice is that they even reached out afterwards to make sure I had received it. I greatly appreciate them going through the extra mile.

The media could not be loaded. Great quality. Chic looking. Holds approx. 20 ounces of water. Doesn’t leak with either cap! Great value for the money. Fits in car cup holder and is perfect for water or any drink. The sleeve comes off easily for washing and it washes well by hand or in the dishwasher. It’s not clunky or heavy and still looks pretty. Love this!

It's a good bottle. A few minor complaints: the bamboo lid is not completely bamboo, as the inside is plastic. Just the covering is bamboo, and it's weak. Mine cracked after light use. Twist it even slightly too hard and it cracks. The bottle comes with a stainless steel and plastic lid, which is more durable, but the bamboo lid is nicer looking and feeling. Overall, it's a good bottle. Does what it's supposed to do. Better than plastic bottles. Decent size.

I love this bottle it’s super cute . It’s durable and fancy looks so cute . Love that it gives the option of two caps one with a pull thing on it and one regular wooden one . Would definitely recommend.

The customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! I received my bottle quickly and after washing it, I noticed a crack near the lip of the bottle. I reached out to the company and they replied right away and sent me a brand new replacement bottle at no charge. This company stands by their quality products and they treat their customers so well. I love drinking out of a glass bottle because it keeps the water crisp and free of microplastics. This will become your go-to bottle. Also, can’t go wrong with any of their colors. I chose the black to match my room decor. Thank you!

This bottle is so pretty, love the green and the glass is thick. But, ice melts almost instantly. I think the sleeve does the opposite of what it should be doing. The ice melts and the sleeve sweats profusely. It's fine if you just put liquid in and don't care if it stays cold or not.

Great little water bottle. Just what I was looking for. It’s easy to clean with no weird angles to try and reach with the bottle brush. It’s not too heavy but seems pretty sturdy so far.
