My slider would loosen gradually over time and then my watch would be flippy and end up on the underside of my wrist. These have a standard 22mm connection, and it was very easy to attach to my watch once I stretched it out. Note that I do NOT have a Coros watch, just a 22mm-band-using one, and it’s a perfect fit. I’m happy.
