The listing says it’s an “ideal starter set for beginners” and I have to agree with that statement completely. Though, strangely, under recommended age it says 36 months to 3 years, it’s important I state that this is an actual craft kit, not a toy. Also, this set does come with a very sharp craft knife with 5 spare blades and there is a lack of warning about that. At only £7.89 this is an absolute bargain and I have no issue recommending this to a beginner that needs tools, or someone looking for replacements. Review: Pretty much all you need - This is a nice little toolset that contains pretty much all you need for cutting out and fettling models (obviously painting them is a different matter). You get a very good pair of cutters, two good pairs of tweezers, a couple of sanding bars, a small file, a craft knife with spare blades, and a yellow thingy which is described as a parts separator (but could also be a scraper or glue spreader). Everything comes in a useful little plastic box that has enough room for a couple more tools. The price is a bargain considering what you get for the money. One thing surprised me: although the kit contains a knife, there was no age check on this item.
