Would be great if it had some explanation of the documents

I was hoping that this book explained what each document is so that I could use it as a reference while meeting with borrowers when I notarize their loan docs, but instead it will very briefly explain where to sign on select documents.

Exactly what I've been looking for. Essential for anyone who wants to work as a Notary Signing Agent. Well-organized, divided into two major signing transactions and forms sections, with Notes to guide you where exceptions in the notary acts occur.

Out dated!

This is a good book for a notary signing agent to have. It is very useful if you are testing or certifying.

As a new LSA this book was excellent to see the different groups of documents. While I wish there were more notes/explanations on the documents, overall I'd definitely recommend this handbook to thoes new in the businss.

This really helped me understanding what I was handing my clients for them to sign. I really appreciate this.
