However, I have an extremely dry mouth and a good part of my job is teaching, so I am constanly needing a drink, so, unfortunately, I cannot use them properly. To use properly, you have to use them on a schedule, and cannot eat or drink anything for at least 15 minutes before and during use (these and the gum take around 30 minutes to get through).
