Save the investment in your new rebuilt engine.
Something you need when you take the engine apart, if you want to put it back together, anyway. I put the short block together, crank bearings, cam bearings, rods, rings and oil pump were all doused with a healthy serving. The cam lobes and lifters, ends of pushrods, rocker arms and…. Well, everything thing that would possibly be damaged during a fresh start. This stuff is a great value, with the promise of a good restart. This and a good zinc additive so you don’t flatten your cam.
