I am beyond impressed with this company! This personalized crystal was a gift, and they went above and beyond with so much care and thoughtfulness.I was hesitant about keeping the background in my photo because I wasn't sure it would come through properly in the engraving, but they captured it perfectly. The final result was absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations. What makes this company special is that the gift isn't just personalized for us—they make the experience feel personal as well. As a second-time customer, I can confidently say they have earned my trust. Their quality, attention to detail, and genuine care will keep them as my number one go-to company for personalized gifts. Highly recommend!

My daughter passed away on November 9, 2025. My husband and I are planning to do a memorial scholarship and we got this to be able to gift the recipients of the scholarships. This is my second order of the (the first one was to see if it was what I wanted) 3D customizable crystal photo, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I submitted the picture, the process was simple and user friendly. I chose a special photo that means a lot to our family, and I was a little nervous about how it would translate into crystal but the final result was absolutely stunning. The image is etched inside the crystal with incredible precision, giving it a lifelike, almost floating appearance that’s hard to put into words. The clarity and detail are what impressed me most. Every feature, every expression, was captured so beautifully. When the light hits it just right, the image almost comes to life. It’s not just a photo it feels like a moment frozen in time. The quality of the crystal itself is also top notch. It’s solid, heavy, and has a smooth, polished finish that really adds to the elegance. This is not something that feels cheap, it’s clearly made to last and be cherished. I also appreciated how quickly it arrived and how carefully it was packaged. You can tell there was real thought put into making sure it got to me safely. If you’re looking for a meaningful gift or a way to preserve a special memory, I highly recommend a 3D crystal photo. It’s unique, personal, and something you’ll treasure forever.

If I could give this 10 stars I would! Better than I expected! The picture I took doesn’t do it justice, and I should have ordered the lighted base (my guy did after the fact). A lovely, lovely gift. Good weight, it’s high quality, and excellent clarity! Came with a cleaning kit too!

I’m so impressed with the Crystal 3-D art I received. It was a 60 year-old picture and it turned out wonderful. My parents were so surprised and excited. I really appreciate the free gift as well.

It’s absolutely beautiful. I’m so happy how it turned out. I actually thought it was going to be tiny from past reviews but I think the size is nice for price. Weighs a good amount. Packaging is amazing as well, made sure it came undamaged. One thing is I thought it did come with a light but it didn’t so I’ll just have to order one no problem. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing.! My sister passed away 5/1 and wanted to get something cute for my parents. They went over and beyond. My siblings loved it so much we ordered more. They noticed I was a return costumer and I got a thank you for returning note. Which means so much that they noticed.

The product is Beautiful

Exceded my expectations! I ordered the photo gift and the photo necklace and it was even better than pictured and seller even included a free 3d father day card.
