Came way to big UK 8.5 and US 10 Sad

Really wanted a pair, just started riding every weekend, they are great quality, but came in a UK 8.5 and a US 10, so I had to return them and wanted to wear them this weekend. Disappointed, I have another pair on the way, and I hope this is not the case again.
