Ordered replacement ORCC 16ft trampoline mat, safety net, and safety pad all at the same time on the same invoice. FedEx delivered safety net only and marked the entire order as delivered. Contacted seller. Seller followed up and responded quickly with details that each item was shipped separately, provided tracking numbers for the remaining two boxes that were still in transit. I was unable to track them because FedEx marked the entire order delivered. All items arrived quickly, within a few days of order. Item as described. Very pleased with quality. Originally purchased the ORCC Trampoline ASTM and CPSIA Approved with alloy steel frame in 2022. The frame and springs are in perfect condition. The original mat, net and pad lasted exactly 3 years. Expecting the new replacement ones to hopefully last as long. Only complaint is the replacement mat did not come with the tool needed to stretch and hook the springs and the safety net did not come with the cord needed to lace the net to the mat. Fortunately, I still had the tool from the original purchase and a spool of paracord. Completed the installation of all 3 items by myself (female) within a couple hours. Overall, rating 9 out of 10. Our trampoline is outdoors in direct southern sun, extreme heat and weather exposure, is used by a 160 lb. teenager every day. Highly recommend ORCC products.
