You feel the road and are able to use that to develop some momentum. My walking route include bridges and traction is excellent up and down the bridges. I wear a 10 to 10.5 shoe. Size 10.5 is perfect with shoe. It's not a wide shoe but it's not too narrow either. The foot is not squeezed but is pleasantly held in place with zero squirm. It is cool shoe, well ventilated and zero heat to the bottom of the foot. I'm on pair 3... Figured I would share the insight now. Review: Amazing shoe all around! - True to size. Very good cushion. Really great so far
Only have had these for a few days but so far so good. I really like these shoes and hopefully they last a while. They have actually made me feel like I can run again.

Good shoes
Awesome shoes just make sure you wear crew or higher socks to avoid blisters. Super springy and they make me want to run faster because of the rocker. A bit tight in the toes but ive been wearing barefoot shoes and other wide toe box shoes so it makes sense with going back to normal toe box shoes.

Amazing race day & training shoe
First thing about this shoe is it's true to size & fit. The quality is elite. If you're looking for a great race day shoe that has a plate in it but don't want to break the bank on a $300 carbon plated shoe, this is a great option. The cushioning & comfort level is an 8 out of 10. I came over from a Brooks glycerin 22 which is a max cushion shoe and ASICS Sonicblast is super lightweight. I would highly recommend someone to add this shoe into their rotation.

Responsive trainers
Great response for tempo and interval sessions, sturdier than novablast 5 and with less cushion but still comfy.
