I recently purchased the Mastering AETCOM book by Dr.Ajay and Dr.Anu which surely I can say is must have book, if you're a mbbs student. The topics are not only explained in simple way but also with clinical examples which make it superb! Highly Recommended book for learning and understanding AETCOM.
