Tons of "pop" - will add significant distance to the ball
My 12U daughter is just about the smallest player on every team she has ever been on. Despite having a pretty good swing mechanically and a pretty good batting average, she has had no power and rarely hits a ball that makes it to the outfield grass on a fly. Her slugging percentage is the same as her batting average (she only hits singles). She got her new bat today and the first ball she made contact with was her first ever home run. The ball traveled faster and farther than any ball she's ever hit before. She hit the same ball earlier this week with her old bat - a squarely hit line drive over the second baseman's head that died in the grass the second it landed for a single - today it flew at least 30 feet farther into the gap and then just kept on rolling. This is the first bat I've spent decent money on for her so I can't tell you how this compares to other high end bats advertised for their "pop" - but if you are wondering if this bat has "pop" - there is no need to wonder anymore -IT DOES. I knew a better bat would probably help her because i've seen her try out some teammates higher end bats in practice and saw a little improvement which is why I decided to get her a newer more expensive bat in the first place, I just could not believe that a bat could make that much difference until I saw it today with my own eyes. This was way more than just the little improvement I was expecting - there is no doubt in my mind that this bat added at least 30% more carry distance to her ball. Having her hit her first home run ever today was worth every dollar spent on the bat.

High Quality Bat with Light, Balanced Swing
I was excited to try out the 2025 Rawlings Mantra Reverse as I'd heard it was a revolutionary bat, but my feelings are mixed after my first couple of informal games. The positives are that the bat definitely has a light, balanced swing feel; the handle is slender and comfortable to hold, and the grip feels high quality with good tack. When I do hit the ball on the sweet spot, the pop is solid and the sound is satisfying. Vibration is minimal, even on miss hits, and that is better than other bats I've used.Maybe my expectations were just set too high, but I was hoping that using this bat would improve my performance significantly, and so far my batting hasn't been much better.Overall, I feel that this bat is very good, but perhaps not so superior to other bats that it justifies the high cost.

Great Softball Bat!
I purchased this bat for my 10 year old daughter. Unfortunately, it is still a bit heavy for her. However, I have been using this as a coach to hit balls during practice. This bat is durable and high quality. I get a great pop when using it increasing my hitting performace. I look forward to her growing in to this bat as it not only looks great, but hits great. This bat will one day increase her hitting performance and will be money well spent.

Granddaughter loves her new bat!
I'll be the first to admit that I don't know a lot about the ins and outs of what makes for a good softball bat. My granddaughter needed a new bat so I did a little research and landed on this one. She had been using bats provided by the school but she wanted her own bat thinking it would help with consistency. Her first impression was that she really liked the look and feel of the bat. They are still "hands off" at school so she's gone to the batting cages about a half a dozen times. After the first time she told me that the ball "sounds funny" coming off of the bat. I figure that's the carbon fiber. It does have a very distinct pop when you hit it just right.I purposely tried to get a bat a little bigger than she had been using so she could get more than a season out of it. This turned out to be the correct decision because she loves the size of the bat. We own a ton of Rawlings gear and this is no exception when it comes to quality. It's hard to speak on the durability at this point so I just have to lean on my past experience with Rawlings gear. Everything has been super durable.Overall my granddaughter is very happy with the bat. We'll see if it makes a difference in her batting average when spring season starts.

Make every hit count, elevate performance and inspire confidence
Whoa, it totally changed the way my girlfriends daughter hits the ball! Her confidence is sky high nowNo long adjustment phase or weird balance issues. She picked it up in the cage and immediately said it felt lighter than what she was swinging before, which is always a good sign when dealing with fastpitch players who care about swing speedThe fit and balance are honestly what sold me. It does not feel end loaded and it comes through the zone really smooth. Her swing looks quicker and more controlled now, especially on inside pitches where she used to get jammed up. Watching from behind the fence you can actually hear a cleaner contact sound now and see the ball jump off the batBuild quality feels top tier. The barrel feels solid without feeling stiff and there is very little sting even on off center hits. She has caught a few balls toward the hands during practice and never complained about vibration, which is saying something because teenagers will absolutely tell you when something feels off 😅The biggest difference has been distance and consistency. Balls she used to hit to the warning track are now clearing it or rolling deep to the fence. Her confidence at the plate has noticeably improved and that alone is worth a lot. When a kid starts swinging freely instead of thinking about the bat, you know something is workingYes it is pricey but for the performance jump we have seen it feels worth the money. Seeing her smile after ripping line drives makes it feel like a good investment instead of just another piece of gear. If you are buying for a serious fastpitch player who wants more pop without losing control this one absolutely delivers

It has lightweight and ergonomic handle
It has good quality. It is lightweight and has an ergonomic handle, making it comfortable to use. It also seems resistant to heavy use. The size is good and the accuracy is high. It looks nice and feels useful overall. Based on the price, it offers good value, and I like it.It has good pop too

Light but not as heavy duty as other bats
I’ll start by saying that I’m used to my sons’ baseball bats, so this one, as a softball bat, feels pretty different to me. It’s light and easy to swing, and the barrel feels empty (not like the really weighted ones). So I do wonder if it would crack easily with a lot of power, but I’m not delivering that so it’s been fine. Haha Still, I don’t think it will last too long. It has a satisfying pop, and I really like the overall look. I’m also a sucker for a bat with a flat bottom that stands on its own, which this one does. Overall, I like this bat, but it feels like the bats we’ve paid $150-$250 for, so I think it’s overpriced at the current $450 price point.
