The product itself is good and meets expectations. However, my repeated experience with the delivery process has been very disappointing. Whenever Amazon sends an email confirming dispatch and sharing the delivery contact details, I try to reach out to the assigned person — but every single time, my calls are disconnected without any response, and there is never a call back. This is extremely unprofessional and leaves a very bad impression. Cutting calls multiple times without addressing the customer’s query is unacceptable and needs immediate attention.

its been 2 months I have been using this soap dispenser , it is working fine till now , the only doubt I have is that the bottle is shrinking day by day as if it is creating a vacuum inside . I am using it for the first time so I don't know if it is normal. The quality of the soap is fine. Also it is a little expensive compared to others . I will be updating this review after 2 months.

Good but, a bit costly.

** I'm adding this review after using this product for about 4 months. ** This is perfect solution for foaming handwash liquids. Contents : 1L x 6 bottles. Packaging was good so no spills. 5 stars for cleaning action, no matter how greasy or oily or dusty your hands are. 5 stars for product chemical quality - My skin is very sensitive, and I see no adverse reactions or any issues after using it, so I'm assuming its good for all skin types. 3 stars for price - I deducted 2 stars for price, since it is really expensive at ~ ₹450 per litre, as compared to traditional handwash liquids which are mostly available for ~₹140 per litre or so, making it not really affordable. But then the Brand itself does not want to sell it to retail customers, as they want only corporate customers for such products who can shell out more money, so there is nothing much that can be done. PS: This is not regular handwash. It is foaming type liquid. Please see the image. The liquid itself is quite less viscous, or say thinner as compared to traditional thick handwash liquids like Dettol or Lifebuoy. I bought it as refill for my automatic foam soap dispenser. If you're using regular handwash bottle, it won't be helpful for you. It's useful only for foaming type bottles like many automatic dispensers or Godrej Protekt Happyfoam. These bottles are designed to fit 'Kimberly Clark Aquarius 69480' soap dispenser. So you cannot use them directly even though they've their own pump, because pumps are at bottom and there is no pipe to use them in inverted position. But you can open and empty these bottles in other dispensers/bottles.

This product is really good. Just make sure you busy this with the dispenser. Easy to assemble in the dispenser and has no mechanical parts which create unnecessary friction. Will last long.

Bad quality. Makes skin dry. Also refill is leaking.

I am totally surprised,when for just 1 litre I had to pay Rs.2499/-.Last Dec 2019, I got 6 litres for ~Rs.2700/- It's not worth buying 1 litre for Rs.2499/-
