It doesn't contain any so I empty the powder from a probiotic capsule, moisten this and roll it in the powder until coated and insert it afterwards. This product is a PREbiotic which is food for the PRObiotic. I have cured Yeast infection using the method that I just described.

This is a PREbiotic, which means it is FOOD for PRObiotics (ex. Lactobacillus). The actual ingredients that are food for the probiotics are the lactic acid and the fructooligiosaccharide (FOS).

I contacted the company. There is a number on the end of the box that might look like "31413". The last two of these numbers are internal coding and can be ignored. The first two are the month and year of manufacturing. So these were made in 3/14 and according to the company they are good for two years from that date so in this example the product would be good until 3/16.
