Great tent for families and large groups!
First of, It is SUPER easy to set up, take down was also very easy. spreading it out was a little challenging. It is great in the rain, seams are super waterproof. design is just perfect. the room dividers add a whole new level of privacy. Pretty heavy, but that is the trade off for cabin tents. nice and durable, not super warm, but that can be fixed with sleeping bags or heater. Overall a great tent for anyone.

Perfect tent!
We are very pleased with this tent. Set up is easy, takes just a few minutes. It kept us warm & dry in a steady rain in 40 degree weather. We have run a little electric space heater inside it with no condensation build up…the top is well ventilated to allow air escape even with the rain fly on. We did spray the entire tent with scotch guard before our trip…it took 4 cans for the entire tent. We have had no water leakage in the tent. It easily sleeps 4 people with 2 cots and a queen air mattress, plus a small table for items. We love this tent and are looking forward to many more camping trips in it!

Large tent
Good sized tent for me. It accommodates a twin mattress that is 20 inches tall and a table to hold a microwave as well as a camp chair. It has an electric port for an extension cord. I like the large gear bag for the wall. It has a hook at the top for a lantern or fan. I found this very quick to put up, however the poles are hard for me to stretch out to snap in place. I finally needed to unhock the sides from the pole to get them in place. Afterwards, I reattached the sides. I found the rain fly easy to attach once I got two of the corners attached. Then I could pull the fly to the other side for attaching. I'm 81 years ols and could errect it alone. It's very easy to take down but I bought a larger bag for it because the original was too small once the tent hade been set up once. I also bought quick release straps to fasten around it. It's a nice light weight. The design is quite functional.

I did it by myself!
The media could not be loaded. This was my first time ever putting up a tent! It took me about 75 minutes! I have never put one up before! This was really simple & straight forward to do! Watch the videos if you get stuck. ( I’m writing about the 12 person tent. In green/gray). It’s nice looking! I ‘m a 50 something yo mom & Im 5’4 inches tall with no previous experience. So if I can do it anyone can. You do need to have some kind of reasonable strength tho. It took me longer to get the thing out of the shipping box! Lols.. Then there’s another box that says Core, then the zippered bag. Everything came nicely packed with foam padding to protect all the joints and points on the rods. Everything arrived in perfect condition. The tent I received has a footprint or floor that is already attached. It is not removable. All the zippers function perfectly. Just be careful on the bottom of the doors where the rain flap is so it doesn’t get caught. If you’re doing this by yourself follow the instructions to spread the tent out all the way on a flat surface. Then pull the elbows out and hold the last one as you move around to the other side to open the others. (It’s structured something like a mini fold up umbrella . ). Each elbow kind of locks into place if you’re doing it right. When you’ve got all the elbows up put the top rain shield on. Then extend & push each leg up to its full locking position. Alternate sides & anchor each point so the wind doesn’t take it. It’s a huge tent which can fit 2 queen size beds, or a blowup sofa a queen bed and a small table & chairs. I’ll lay a patio mat down to protect the floor & make it more cozy. I love that it has lots of windows with rain flaps that roll down & bottom air vents for cooler air to come in. BUt what’s awesome is that it has a door on each side. A double door & a single door. This tent will be a great addition to our 27 ft airstream & will serve its purpose for a hangout space with the teens & our two 75 lb dogs without getting eaten up by mosquitos. Great job Core! I love it!

Nice tent with some flaws
Well, they weren't kidding when they said this sets up easy. I was able to get the tent "up" in under 2 minutes by myself, except for the rain fly. With a breeze blowing, the "fly" can be challenging to get it on without an extra set of hands. I used this a base camp tent and was able to put a cot, small bedside table, larger 28" square table, heater, and bins inside without feeling cramped. Headroom was decent, except if you hang a light from the center point-then watch your head. The tent did fine in 10 mph breezes. There was no rain, so I can't speak to its waterproof-ness.Pros:Sets up fast. Rain fly can pose a challenge if windy.Nice ventilation from all of the openings.Spacious with the upright side wallsVery bright insideCons:The entry zipper hangs up when opening and closing. Usually this happens towards the bottom near the "color change" in the fabric. The zipper is not very stout and I'm not sure how long it will last. The tent is not easy to take down and store in its pouch. It took two people to get this done. The legs want to flop open after you fold them inwards, making the job more difficult. The stakes that come with it are worthless for hard ground. Buy better ones. The tent is very transparent. There will be no secrets as to what you are doing inside if you have a light on.
