I started taking this twice a day in the morning and evening for the last 2 1/2 weeks. My skin used to be so dry. It literally was leaving flakes inside of my pants when I took them off at night. My skin is so much better it is not dry like that anymore. I have more energy. I’m sleeping soundly, so far so good. I definitely feel difference and it helps with my appetite as well. I also noticed my hair does not seem to be shedding as much.

I've been on this product 2 weeks now, sugar cravings have subsided, already dropped 10 lbs. I'm sleeping much better too. I have been diagnosed with an enlarged thyroid with nodules on my thyroid. However, my blood work came out normal, my T levels were okay. I'm not sure if I am the best example of a person to review this product, but I felt as if my rings were getting tight on my fingers so figured I was retaining water (due to thyroid possibly). I probably won't have another blood test until next summer, but that will be enough time to really see if the supplement is helping. I feel like it is helping--it can't be just my imagination!
