Better than most and i've used 100's over the years. My personal Favorites
Bummer they don't make these anymore. They are terrific. 100 times better than my $200.00 Beats, better than most of my Sennheisers, they pair well, sound great, and look nice.

Decent-to-good basics, ruined by the simple things
To get this out of the way: When working properly, I find these headphones comfortable. I think they sound fine. I'm surprised at the quality of the noise cancelling in a small package. The core headphone experience is good and I would be happy with it! But…Here's what's broken:1. Very odd activation and deactivation behavior. Takes too long to start actually playing audio from a connected device, so I always miss the beginning of whatever is playing when switching from silence. Also too aggressively stops audio (probably to save battery life), so if the audio source isn't playing anything for just a little bit I'm subjected to the same delay the next time audio starts.2. Unreliable multi-pairing. Whenever paired with multiple devices, audio might cut in and out despite the source being uninterrupted. In fact, this is the only multi-point device I've ever had where one device that was actively playing audio suddenly was overridden by a second audio device. For example: a phone playing a podcast was interrupted with a notiifcation sound from a computer, and then the audio did not switch back—so I was stuck on the silent source while the phone continued to play audio I was not hearing to the headhones. I had this exact thing happen in reverse as well. The infuriating unreliability of multi-point has meant far too many outright removals of paired devices to pair just one device at a time with the headphones, numerous full resets (confirmed fully updated) in order to attempt to fix, and even at its best behavior with just one paired device still the very odd and annoying slow audio starts and aggressive silencing.I wish I could return this (and another pair of Plantronics I bought for workouts exhibiting annoyingly similar behaviors!), but I didn't start really using the headphones until outside the reasonable return window.Less an outright critique and just a personal preference: I wish I could disable the smart sensors detecting my ears or the magnets in the two earbuds being connected, then trying to do the right thing. I'm sure some people like the behavior but I don't and the app gives nice customizability over ANC—it would be nice for that to be matched with options to customize or disable "smart" behavior.

Nice biking headphone
Best noise reduction in wind on bike, unfortunately, rubber coating on on/off and volume came off at one year of use and unable to turn on or change volume. After years of regular headphones that sound ok with the wind and against the wind are at best silent. These Plantonics allow music against the wind on a road bike. Bought warranty for second pair if they self destruct.

I liked my last ones better, but these are good
This is my third or fourth BackBeat set. I've enjoyed them all. The noise cancelling feature in these is great. When I was on a flight last month, the aircraft noise was pretty much entirely eliminated. They're comfortable and the battery life is good (though it runs down a lot faster with the noise cancelling on).The ONLY thing I don't like is the thickness of the part that goes around my neck. This makes it too stiff to fold up and fit in my pocket easily like the last couple pairs. That's really the only complaint I have. One nice feature, though, is the magnets in the ear pieces that connect them together when they're dangling around my neck - making it hard for them to get loose and fall off.Overall, not the best, but certainly not the worst.

Significant delay in sound playing - not usable with Google maps
I like the company - many great products. But these ones.... I like the idea being able to connect it via cord - useful when flying on plane. This was the reason why I've chosen the model. However, the headset has a significant delay with sound playing (half a second or even more). Watching video on phone is a poor experience. Whatever people say there you'll hear with delay. But the worst thing is that when I use the headset with google maps on my phone - the headset eats (does not play) first couple of words. Instead of "turn left onto xxxx street" I hear "onto xxxx street". Completely unusable. Other Bluetooth models (for example Jaybird Tarah) do have delay as well but they can be used with google maps navigation. The Bluetooth Plantronics Voyager 6200 UC plays without any delay at all (absolute winner for Bluetooth headsets in my opinion).I was in contact with Plantronics tech support. For three weeks they are not able to confirm what kind of issue it is - design one or particular (my) headset defect. It seems that they do not have the model in their possession. Kind of weird. The headset is pretty expensive. They offer warranty replacement but not refund (unless you bought the headset in their store). If this is design issue - replacement will not cure the issue. Have to return it to Amazon. It is sad. Disappointed.

Best earbuds I've owned
This is a great set of earbuds. Sound quality is great. The earbuds are actually a long oval in shape so they fit the ear canal much better than round ear buds. Noise cancelling is adequate though not as clear as I would like. Only a little short on battery life but they recharge quickly. The sound quality of these is really phantastick. Highly recommended !!!
