I didn't put much consideration into whether or not these would be functional, but I have to admit its a bit difficult; They're adorable decoratively, but I've yet to find a way to make them functional myself. Hopefully one day I can, but if not I still think these are worth it if you really want them even as a deco item.

hard to use for humans

These mittens are so cute and I’ve had them for months now and they do the job. However I didn’t consider how difficult it would be to grasp things without the opposable thumb

These are extremely adorable, but after struggling with them for several weeks, I have to concede that they're far more decorative than practical. With the holidays here, I've been doing more in my kitchen and I need to be able to grab trays and such one handed. These mitts make it very difficult to do so, meaning my grip on things is less secure. This is problematic when handing hot items that range from 350º - 500º (mostly bread). It's too late for me to return these, so for now, I'll keep them out, but I'm already in the process of looking for more practical replacements.

I am by definition a crazy cat lady so I thought they looked so cute but they also worked good and like an oven mitt they cover a good portion of my arm as well. Reasonable price an all around good purchase.!🐱

These are a nice decoration for my kitchen. Can you use them to pull out hot oven trays? No....Dont try it or you will end up with a floor of fries. These have puffy, slippery rounded pads on each paw, zero grip and slide off your hands with ease.

These are very comfortable and heat resistant. My 45 year old daughter loves them as they are also very easy to clean. These have also helped to get my granddaughter involved in cooking. I am so happy with this purchase.

As cute as these are, they are not very functional. I gave these as a Christmas gift and I was told that it was too hard to pick up things with them on. They serve better as a decoration.

J’ai tellement pas réfléchi à cela quand j’ai acheté ces mitaines: elles n’ont pas de pouce. Résultat: difficile de prendre certains plats dans le four! 🤣🤣🤣 Il reste qu’elles sont très belles et résistantes à la chaleur.

Super cute oven mitts but they're awkward to wear. The paw pad parts are really hard and make it difficult to get a good grip on hot stuff you're trying to pick up. They are also really narrow and thin so hard to get your hands inside.
