PERFECT FOR HIDING FAT UPPER ARMS!
For reference, I am 185 lbs. 5'2", and I purchased size XL. This is soft and very stretchy. It does not shrink after washing and drying in the dryer. It's the kind of fabric that does not pill (get fuzz balls all over it). I love the cropped look, because it makes me look like I have a waist. Lol The 3/4 length sleeves are perfect for any season. I tend to sweat a lot, and this is light, but not too thin. The fabric breathes and is not suffocating. It keeps me cool and warm at the same time. The ruffles make it perfect for a dressy or casual look. I wore this with my new leggings from Leggings Depot, which I also purchased on Amazon. The leggings are capri length. I am short enough to get away with wearing tall boots to cover that up. Lol This shrug is DEFINITELY worth the money spent and will last a long time due to the high quality, the stitching and type of fabric. I am in love. I intend to buy more colors.

Did not expect much for the price but this is really nice and runs true to size, 3x perfect for a size 22. What I really love is the arms are plenty big. They do not cling to my arms. Would definitely recommend!!!!!

Love It
Fit just right for me, I am 5'1, at 187, ordered XXL and ruffles are stylish, great coverage on my flabby arms. It has a nice stretch to it, not see through, but not thick of a material, pretty to wear with summer dresses. I plan to order in other colors. Thanks

Runs true to size, odd sleeve length
Sizing is perfect. I weigh around 200 pounds and ordered 2x and it's just the tiniest bit big which is what I wanted. The fabric is pretty lightweight so it should work fine for spring/summer wear without being too warm. Bought this to wear with a dress and sleeveless romper and it pairs well with both. The only thing that drives me absolutely crazy is the sleeve length. It goes like halfway to your wrist?? It doesn't stop at your elbow or go all the way to the wrist. I guess it's supposed to be a 3/4 sleeve but it's honestly annoying and uncomfortable so I have to roll it up to my elbows to stand wearing it.

Perfect!
Works perfect for a dress I already have that is sleeveless. It's the exact same material. The ruffles are even the same. The fit is perfect. I wear a 16 and got the xl. Lays nicely and has a bit of stretch. I ordered another in Navy. Ships on time.

Very cute lightweight casual jacket
Please ignore the blotches on photos and the color differences. It's just my camera. The jacket was delivered quickly and I'm very pleased with it. I've been trying for weeks to find the right shade of navy to go over a dress and this matches really well. Not too light. Not too dark. It a soft, stretchy lightweight material--perfect to wear over sleeveless tops/summer dresses. I saw some negative reviews but my jacket is just what I was looking for. I'm wearing this for a casual look so I'm not aiming for the ruffles to look perfect, and I definetely won't be ironing this! I would recommend hand washing with Woolite as I think it's a bit delicate to put in a washing machine -- may be ok on gentle cycle.

Lightweight and feminine
Love this shrug! The material is soft, lightweight, comfortable and the design is very feminine. Really compliments an outfit. You can wear this all year long. Got one in white, black and red and the red is so lovely. It is a brilliant red color. I am a 38H so I got an XL but after wearing it I see that a Large would fit me so I may exchange and size down. However if you have big arms I would suggest you buy the XL and not the L.

Very nice in air-conditioning
This is a very nice shrug for dresses. It fits well and covers up my arms without making me hot. Love the ruffles. Looks good on and is cute. Oddly it got a little wrinkled in the dryer - will just hang dry the next time. Had to cut the name tag out as it was scratching the back of my neck, but that is a common issue with clothes these days. It is a little longer than other shrugs I have which makes it look better and like part of the dress. Great protection from air-conditioning.
