I'm trying to clean up my solar installation and common negatives are need at various locations on the panel. These buss bars are elevated on plastic mounts should your back panel be metal. That plastic seems better suited for stress than on other products I've seen. The holes accommodate a pretty large wire. With smaller stranded wire I make the stripped end longer and fold it over. As this wire will be crushed by a screw, the use of a wire ferrule is probably a good idea. Seven hole is the perfect size for a local distribution point. These are very handy connection points where a large expensive buss bar doesn't make sense. I'll be getting more of different colors.

Pretty cheaply made but functional.

I have built several control panels for equipment that I use, and using bus bars makes for a much neater wiring job than pigtails and wire nuts. Being that this is not made to act as a Grounded Bus bar, the mounting base is fully insulated from the Bus Bar. My panels typically carry 12 VDC or 110 VAC, with low amperage, but I might look for something more heavily built for higher amp loads. I am very comfortable using this product as it looks well-made and is offered at a fair price. It should satisfy your needs for a long time.

Exactly what I needed for some electrical wiring in my camper. The blue stand-offs are made from durable plastic, keeping everything secure and stable. You can use either a Phillips or flathead screwdriver to tighten both the set screw and the base with ease. For best results, I recommend using wire ferrules with this item to prevent wire strands from spreading when tightening them down with the set screw.

This is not for 110 V or 220… this is some sort of low-voltage Smallest screws ever it will not accept the lug.
