Great system. I needEd extra space for electrical plug. Unit advertised as new but appeared to be used.

Seller fails to inform us that this product is not covered by Amway warranty because it was not purchased from Amway directly. Seller also fails to inform us that this product does not filter calcium carbonate, which results in unpleasant tasting water. Here is the original product description:"eSpring Carbon Water Treatment System, Reduces disinfection by products and improves water taste, odor, and clarity."Clearly this is false advertising. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Amway espring products.. its so expensive and water filter also.. plz. shopper be careful to buy this items.
