I've love my LG Gram since the day I got it. It is super light. The battery lasts a long long time. And, generally speaking, there are very few problems with it. The two issues I've had with my unit are as follows: 1. Every once in a while, the computer no longer responds when typing. I haven't really figured out why this is, but fiddling around a bit tends to fix the issue. I don't think it is a stuck key. 2. Just recently I noticed a weird artifact on my laptop screen. I thought it was a dead pixel, but, after feeling it with my finger, it appears to be a bump underneath the plastic screen cover. I don't know how or why it got there. I assume it's under warranty, but I don't know if I want to go through the hassle of returning it for repairs. I might drop by a computer repair store once COVID-19 dies down enough for everything to reopen. It's mostly annoying when watching a show and there is a dark scene. The bump makes that dot-of-a-spot look white. Regardless of these two issues, I still think it's a fantastic computer and worth the 5 stars. I mainly used it for classes, and it was way better than bringing my Lenovo Yoga 720 to class (this had a 4-hour battery life and weighed more than twice as much).

I love how it has a monthly payment. Great laptop! Came fast, works great, and perfect size for me, a college student. Very pleased!

As a long time half-geek or ICT related professional. I think it is a responsibility of me to write a detailed review for this purchase since LG Gram series is so hot these days. Many people would consider buy it due to their feature. To me, after around 1 month usage, I am now agree why NBC only gave LG 82Points and my review could be even lower than that. Yes, I think it would worth like 78points among 100 guage. I would tell you why in 5 points next. 1. Battery life: Yes, it would be an overkill if you were a regular worker like all other american in this country, but it WILL NOT LAST 24.5hours anyway,(MobileMark2014 was exaggerated a lot) What you can really count on is around 11hours. (For 72Wh battery capacity, this result is decent) But it would not be enough to a work holic. My GF is a dental student who basically study from 8AM to 11:30PM. To her, Gram13 would always shut down around 9PM. After that ,she would have to continue her work at either iPad or other tablet. You cannot count it on for a serisously whole day. You should still carry a charger(USB-C especially since the DC chager of LG is so rare to find even in eBay). 2. Durability: I cannot agree that this case was made of Metal as LG claimed as ALLOY. The major part of this laptop case should be general plastic(Yes,ABS not other special treated PLastic like ThinkPad or Let's Note) I used to have a Fujitsu U938, that light machine have much better durability impression to me. I opened the case to upgrade its Ram and storage and found they may used some metal to reinforce but they were not made by alloy at all. The A-Side protection to the screen panel is questionable, mine one seems have a problematic panel within a week after I received it(Since I already did upgrade, it would be a mess to me to return it, so, I kept it). 3. Weird RAM Setup, you were be told by LG that their machine have good upgradbility but we you would get is a 4GB*2 Ram setup, you cannot fully utilize what you got if you decicded to upgrade, you have to abandon one 4GB and go for 16GB(I do not think it is a wise idea to use even 12GB in 2019). Then, you would have a rather weird 20GB setup. Careful to only use SK Hynix or Crucial to prevent possible incompatibility of RAM to machine. 4. GENERAL USER EXPERIENCE: (1) Keyboard: You would have at least 1.5mm or maybe 1.7mm keystroke, I am a 20year ThinkPad user, I think this keyboard is good to use in daily office work. You would not have hard time with the touchpad or keyboard. Stiff and good to type upon it. (2) Glossy display is a sad thing, you should either install a matte protector or privacy filter upon it to reduce surely happended reflection and glare. (3) The i5 edition do not come with a fingerprint sensor or IR Camera help you unlock your device, a pretty mean setup. You should notice this point prior to your purchase. (4) The display itself only claims a midvorce level, do not think too much about this display's coloor coverage and other. (5) LG Control panel is good to use, easy to start. You would love it. ----------------------------------- SUMMARY: 1. Good battery life but not enough for whole-day computing, bring USB-C battery-pack with it. 2. Fragile case, doubt its MT-810G 7 tests. 3. Good user experience. 4. GOOD CHOICE BUT THERE ARE BETTER out there. PS: Mine one spec is: i5-8265U(25W XTU 1.8GHz) Quad Core/20GB Ram (4+16GB DDR4-2400)/512GB SX8200Pro default SSD+256GB original disk used as storage backup/About 73Wh real battery(Verified with ADATA64). The battery life on this is great and the lightweight feature is the best! You stop noticing after a while, but whenever I pick up another laptop, I'm reminded of how lightweight and easy to handle this one is. It's great for traveling since it doesn't weigh a lot and it's compact in size. I like the simple white look of it. Overall it's just a very practical laptop that I'm getting a lot of use out of.

I bought this Gram book last Black Friday. The battery get out of charge so frequently, perhaps, I got a defective one...

Very basic things missing only one sided facing me cam so have to turn computer to take pic of person sitting in front And no touch screen, really? Guess my fault And page down key on right works with a key on left so need 2 hands constantly And I did not find anything super compared to other laptops that I have been using So basically for day-to-day work I found this laptop very annoying
