These 3 resistance bands are excellent. Very sturdy and well made. They are made from high quality fabric material with strong stretch. They have an inner non slip grip. These bands are wide, don't roll or curl up. They came with a nice portable pouch bag so I can take them to the gym with me. I love the colors. Totally worth every penny.

Great bands. I have used these at the gym. They are heavy duty and do not roll up my legs like the rubber type bands. There are several colors for different tightness. Great for workouts and physical therapy. There is a small black vinyl bag to store the bands. Also includes a pamphlet of exercise that you can use the bands for. Highly recommend!

I bought these leg resistance bands to use at Hotworx for their Buns class. These bands have worked out very well in the sauna. I love that there are 3 different resistance types (light, medium, hard) and love that each band has its own the color. I prefer these fabric bands over latex bands because they seem more durable than the latex bands and they are softer. They are very easy to travel with and I have taken these with me on trips so that I can get a short workout on in my hotel room. Overall, the bands are very high quality and well made.

The product is good quality with a nice design. Doesn't pinch when doing workouts. The reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the Light band feels more like the Medium band. Just wish it had less resistance for beginners.

I tried them as soon as I get them. Great to include them in my workout routine, you can feel the difference in each band,you have to put more effort to start using the heavy one if you are a beginner like me, I think you could skip the light one but its good to have as get use to it, it depends on your level as I am just speaking from my perspective. They don't slip and the size is the same for each band, the tension you feel when exercising it's what you expect and it still feels comfortable. It's a good product overall for the right price. Maybe the storage bag isn't the best but is a good add on, serves it's purpose of make them portable, so you can take the bands wherever.

Amazing quality resistance bands. At first I was considering buying rubber ones to same money. But I thought I should treat myself and get some that would most likely last longer. I've only used the "light" one so far, but boy does it work! Not as stretchy as I thought, but I'm new to resistance bands, so I'm not sure if that's just this brand, the material, or is the norm. The bands have a strip of a different material on the inside which prevents any slipping and sliding, and the fabric feels very good quality overall. No tearing, snapping, or breaking yet. Would absolutely recommend! Really gives your thighs and glutes a burn.
