I am so disappointed with this book and can't believe how much it cost! If it was half the price it would still be very poor. I purchased it as a present and would have returned it had I not wanted it for Christmas. It is a small book - ( came throught the letterbox ), very few photos and they were in centre. If I had been in book shop, I would have seen the poor quality and not bought it. My mistake! 150 Best Tagine Recipes

Excellent book , well written, colourful photos, and lovely dishes. It is well laid out and presented. We use it a lot with our tagine cooking

Lots of recipes, but shame they yes alcohol in some, not so authentic
