Fun, Rechargeable, Beware if you Have Long Hair
Kids love them, glad they use rechargeable batteries, seems to work fine. Just be careful, girls with long hair beware, this toy seems to hunt for anyone with long hair and tangles itself unmercifully....

Had issues but company resolved after review
This is so much fun when it works. It belongs to my 6 year old but her 13 year old brother has just as much fun with it as she does. The first one broke after several indoor uses. The next never broke, she lost it flying it outside (much more fun), it went up to high and landed out of site. Ordered a 3rd and it wouldn’t work but they exchanged it right away. This one works for a few minutes and then has to sit for a bit and then will fly again, maybe the motor gets too hot? It’s easy enough for a 6 year old to fly it on her own. After leaving this review the company sent us another one and followed up after to make sure we were satisfied

Upgraded model worth it- Not this model- UPDATED REVIEW
**UPDATED** After 2 items (original and seller replacement) that simply did not work the seller sent an upgraded replacement product - Force 1 Scoot Pro (https://www.amazon.com/Force1-Scoot-Operated-Drone-Adults/dp/B09VD4SDD1/?th=1). This item, while not the same model worked flawlessly out of the box and also was able to charge. The issue i had with the previous model is that it simply would not take a charge. The seller was thorough enough to have someone at warehouse check that the replacement item was working before shipping out. The only reason this does not get 5 stars is because the battery life is very short. The charge lasts about maybe 5-6 minutes of sustained usage before it has to recharge. Still lots of fun though. **ORIGINAL REVIEW** Junk. Item does not charge. Seller sent a replacement item with the same issue. The item flew for about 3 minutes and needed to charge. The item simply would not charge and does not work at all.

Fingers can easily get into it. 1 hair strand will down it. Don't waste your money.
Starts of great but within a few hours I couldn't ignore all these issues. Safety: This is the biggest issue for me with these. The fans on this might seem enclosed but that only barely works for Adult sized fingers and my fingers easily slip through the slats. Any kid's finger will easily fit between them and mine got cut immediately when they caught it. Cue the tears and band-aid. They could have used a mesh instead especially as it requires you to constantly be picking it up or touching it while it is on. If it lands upside down, it will keep spinning until you pick it up and rotate it. Breaks easily: Mine cracked one of it's four stands instantly. But that was not the biggie here. Repairs R Us: After the first 4 flights of this, it started acting strange. It wouldn't fly and would simply flip over and manically thrash around and I would have to carefully pick it up for it to turn off (again watch your fingers). I immediately knew that it meant that 1 of it's 4 rotors was compromised. Get your tiny screw driver sets ready. I removed the case and was able to access the rotors and sure enough, two of the rotors had a strand of hair wrapped around their base. I removed those and it started to fly again but was back to misbehaving again almost immediately due to the same issue. So 1 strand of hair will bring this bird down or stop this from working. Yep! After my third hair removal service, I gave up This might be fun to start with, but my experience was to shelve it within a few days of use as it was just frustrating.

A good fun toy for inside on a rainy day. Good value.
A lot of fun, doesn't run into items, hits the ceiling now and then but it's fun. A great gift and it runs for about 5 minutes per charge. Charging is fast too. Fast shipping.

Lots of fun but doesn't last
I gave it 3 stars because it's a fantastic toy but has some chronic flaws. Every Christmas I buy one for my grandson knowing that it'll last only a few days before it breaks, but always hoping it doesn't. So we have fun with it while it lasts. Not a single one of the 5 that I have purchased from various sellers has lasted longer than 3 days. They've died for all different reasons. This latest version seems to be upgraded and improved. It handles, responds, and flies much better than prior models, but unfortunately, the lifespan hasn't improved. I'll probably continue to buy one every year just because they're so much fun

Perfect for little kids
My kids have a blast with this toy and the giggles are nonstop! Even my three year old knows how to operate it by holding his hand underneath for it to go higher, or holding his hand in front of it for it to go forward when it’s at level. It’s very light and the speed is just right.

Fun toy, GREAT customer service
My son fell in love with this toy when we visited his cousin's house, so we HAD to get one for him. Unfortunately, the original drone that we got stopped working after one use. I reached out to the company with pretty low expectations since the drone was so inexpensive, but they were SO RESPONSIVE. I got a response email within a few hours with some troubleshooting tips that did not work. When I responded again, they told me that they would be happy to send a replacement, which they did in remarkably quick fashion. My three year-old son LOVES this toy, which he refers to as his "flyer". It is very easy to use and I find it very safe to use in a variety of spaces in our house, both big and small. There are lights on the top that create cool patterns on the ceiling when the drone gets high enough. The only knock on the drone is that the battery runs out fairly quickly (around 7-8 minutes) and takes some time to fully recharge (~an hour). But given the very reasonable price point (we paid $25), this felt like a very fair trade-off. Honestly, I would recommend any products from Force1RC because their customer service is amazing and responsive. I feel like companies have gotten significantly less responsive, so Force1RC's support was a breath of fresh air.

Let me answer a few questions that I saw here. I hope this helps future buyers: 1) the battery lasts over 5 minutes when fully charged, which is enough for having fun with kids. I have two kids (8yo and 4yo) and they absolutely love this drone. 2) it takes around half hour to fully charge the battery (it uses a standard USB A port, power adapters also work). It consumes around 3W of power while charging, until fully charged (then it stops consuming any power). 3) it comes with a USB power cable. The end that connects to the USB port lights up (red light) when the drone is fully charged, which is counter intuitive, note that there is no visual signs until the drone is fully charged. The end that connects to the drone doesn't fully insert, which leaves customers wondering if it's really charging or properly connected. 4) you should calibrate the drone before using it, the process is REALLY simple, takes a few seconds, it doesn't need anything other than the drone itself, and it's explained in the manual. 5) there are at least 3 sensors: one on one side of the drone, another on the opposite side, one at the bottom. I'm not sure there is a 4th sensor on the top (there is a LED light there though) because sometimes the drone stays pushing against the ceiling for a few seconds, which might indicate it doesn't sense the ceiling, not sure. 6) the plastic case is light and relatively soft, which helps in absorbing impacts when the drone falls, however it's not indestructible and you should expect some cracks here and there after a few days of intensive use, which shouldn't affect the usability. 7) the gaps in the case will let tiny fingers to reach inside (blades), so maybe it's not a good idea to let very young kids (<4yo) to grab it. That said, I don't believe the small plastic propellers would cause any serious harm, but I don't know. 8) do not play with the drone outdoors! As I mentioned above, the drone sometimes gets stuck pushing against the ceiling, so if outdoors it would likely fly very high and maybe away from your reach. 9) yes, it works fine even in low ceiling houses/condos and small living rooms, but of course the more space you have the funnier it will be. 10) you control the drone's altitude by placing or removing your hand (or another flat object) under the drone. You can somewhat direct the drone to where you want by putting your hand on the opposite side of the drone. That's all you can control. 11) the drone will shut down all its propellers if it hits anything, then it will obviously fall to the ground. It will also shut down if it's grabbed. 12) the drone will turn upright even if you throw or drop it upside down. Actually it's cool to watch it doing that.

Very fragile and broke in 2 days of play. It is a toy that is meant to be played with and detecting obstacles etc to prevent damage but the kids (9 and 5) played with it only 2 days to bring back a broken toy. Not worth the price if it lasts only that long . Disappointed

El juguete lo recibimos en la fecha adecuada, el problema es su funcionamiento, al parecer los sensores o elices están mal porque no se sostiene en el Aire y repentinamente cae. Mal producto
