These do work but…
Easy to swallow capsules, given they are 2cm in length, but sadly not for me, I experienced bad griping pains.Passed them on to my partner who experiences occasional constipation, he took one, & was pleased with the result.

I'm on a Mounjaro journey so it can make you a little constipated, started taking them about a week ago, they seem to be working, the down side is they taste awful.

Hardly notice anything
Hardly notice any effects of taking these for a week and it says 170m of a capsule which is ridiculously low for fibre intake you should be taking atleast 5-10k of mg which is 5g-10g of fibre which is almost half of your daily intake so unless you take these as high dosage it ain’t worth it
