Excellent for muscle pain and diy electrolytes
Excellent quality and value for money. Topical solution relieves muscle cramps within minutes, excellent for making diy electrolytes. You don't know real hydration until you've tried this.

Overall good product.
The item listed as "food grade". The package that arrived says "IP grade". Though when I called the company I was told that IP is pharmaceutical grade and still suitable for internal consumption.

Better than all the magnesium supplements
Make sure to learn from youtube how to make magnesium oil and then apply where on skin. Preference 5 drops on any one leg, for about 2 hours is more than enough for one day.
