Best clock movement I've bought in a while. Others I have tried seemed to fail after a few months. This one keeps time very accurately and it's outside too.

Works well but only 4 stars as I the handles are quite flimsy. But it works to tell the time. Good replacement for my clock

Did exactly what I needed value for money easy to assemble

This part is a perfect replacement for my expensive 36 inch outdoor clock. The previous movement just broke but I was reluctant to buy a new clock which is fairly expensive. This movement represents a perfect, low cost solution to the problem, with no special skills required to install. Highly recommended.

I searched quite a bit to get one with the sizes I required and this one did. It arrived well packaged and mechanism works well with a very faint ticking sound. Unfortunately the hour hand hole for attaching to the spindle was slightly larger and would not clip on to the spindle, hence the 3 star rating. I could have returned it but decided to use my existing hour hand instead. Now working fine. For anyone buying this, I certainly would check that the hands fit the spindles correctly before proceeding any further.

This is a decent movement that will suit most small to medium-sized dials, but it is not really what I would call a high torque movement. It is no different in that respect than most so-called high torque quartz movements. It will certainly not drive hands longer than those supplied. Even counterbalancing longer hands, there is not enough torque. It is, however, a good movement if it is used within its intended range.

J'ai récemment acheté le mouvement horloge à quartz Hicarer, et je suis très satisfait de mon choix. Ce mécanisme de remplacement est parfait pour donner une seconde vie à mes vieilles horloges. L'installation a été un jeu d'enfant, et les instructions fournies étaient claires et faciles à suivre. Le mouvement à couple élevé fonctionne parfaitement, et mes aiguilles se déplacent sans à-coups, ce qui est exactement ce que je recherchais. Les mains incluses sont élégantes et ajoutent une belle touche à mon horloge. Si vous avez besoin de remplacer le mécanisme d'une horloge, je vous recommande vivement ce produit. C’est un excellent rapport qualité-prix pour les passionnés de bricolage et les amateurs d’horlogerie !
