I received this product for free from Amazon Vine in exchange for my honest review. I got this mirror for my partner. She loves to put lipstick after eating and we both love to eat out. Her favourite colour is pink and she was needing a mirror to carry with her. This mirror is ideal! It is really compact, the colour is nice, not too bright, the material is nice and smooth. The best feature is that when opened it has a mirror on both sides and light if needed. Very solid mirror! The only downside is that it needs 2 batteries. It would be ideal if it was rechargeable. She is loving it! At the time of this review, the price is £6.99, which is an amazing price for such a nice product. We both recommend it!

The mirror is slimline and really easy to carry in a small bag or pocket. The smooth edged means it looks tidy when closed. The top one gives a bit of magnification and the other one is straight. Neither will show your whole head unless you're pretty small. The optics of the mirrors are good with no significant distortion. The 1x mirror has 4 LEDs down each side. These are operated via a switch on the back of he case. The power for the LEDs comes from 2 CR2032 batteries which are supplied with the unit. Sadly, the LEDs are the weak point of the mirror. They are really bright but there is no diffuser on them, so if you're using he 1x mirror the glare is so blinding that you can't easily see yourself when they're on. They do give good illumination if you're using the 3x mirror, however, especially if you hold the unit with the 3x mirror in the bottom position and the 1x mirror angled at about 20 degrees. You may be able to improvise a diffuser by attaching a strip of paper, but this will cut the usable side of your 1x mirror down. I suppose the brightness of the LEDs gives the mirror a secondary use as a torch.

This is a simple compact mirror that’s practical for everyday use. It’s a good size—small enough to be portable and slip easily into a handbag or travel bag without taking up much space, yet still sturdy and usable. The plastic casing is neither too thin nor too thick and has a matte finish. It does look slightly cheap, but that’s reasonable given the price. The dual-sided mirror is very useful. The 1X side (which also has the built-in LED lights) is perfect for general checks, offering an accurate, distortion-free reflection, while the 3X magnification is handy for more detailed tasks. The magnification is clear without being overly distorted. Regarding the built-in LED lighting, I agree with other reviewers that it can be too bright. The light is a bit harsh to look into directly on the 1X side. However, it may be intended to provide extra illumination when using the 3X mirror for more precise tasks, such as fixing eyeliner or in dim environments where lighting isn’t ideal. There is a switch at the back that allows you to turn the lights off completely if preferred. The LED lights run on two CR2032 batteries, which are easy to find in supermarkets. I actually prefer this over a built-in rechargeable battery, as standard batteries tend to have a longer shelf life. In my experience, rechargeable batteries in budget devices often don’t last long and seem to run out of power when you need them most. Overall, this is a very practical mirror that is functional and good value for money. It’s ideal for everyday use or travel.

I really like this compact, it's good quality and a real bargain considering it has LED lights built in and and it comes with the batteries included (it takes 2x CR 2032 button batteries). I like that you can control if you want the lights on or not, via an on off button at the back. It's easy to use, just open it up and your ready to go. Both the 1x and 3x magnification mirrors are clear and good quality, with no distortion whatsoever. The LED lights are on the 1x magnification mirror, and I do find them dazzling to look at as my eyes are quite sensitive; I've found that for me the best way to use them is to have them on yet look and do my make up in the 3x mirror - the lights are bright and so illuminate the 3x mirror nicely. The compact is simple yet stylish, and when closed measures about 8.5cm x 6.5cm, and is 1cm deep, so small enough to fit in my handbag. I got the black colour and it's true to the listing photos. In all, I'm pleased with this compact and would order it again.

The brightness is good and makes it easier to see details. I also like that it has two mirrors – a normal one and a magnifying mirror – which is very helpful for things like eyeliner or eyebrows. The design is simple and cute, and the pink colour looks really nice. It also feels quite sturdy for such a small mirror. Overall, a very practical little mirror that’s perfect for keeping in your bag. I’m really happy with it.

I had been looking for a mirror this size just for applying a lip sleeping mask. This is the perfect size for what I want and yet I am not fully happy. The light is so glaring it actually gives me a headache. It’s such a shame because apart from the fact that this isn’t rechargeable, it would have been perfect. I’ve gone back to searching and now am looking for a dimmable option. I hadn’t known that this would be an issue because the lights are spotlights. I guess it’s a sign it’s a bright light. There’s no option to change the hue either so this one just isn’t for me. If you get auras, migraines or headaches this might not be the mirror for you.
