Paddle that improves technique and strength
Paul Newsome from Swim Smooth recommended it for swim drills and they proved to be gems . For beginners or intermediate swimmers doing those drills without them will be very difficult . I use them daily and results have started showing . A must have paddles . Thank you Finis (for paddles) and Swim Smooth (for drills)

Good for technique but not better from agility paddle
It's good but it will not give resistance that much if compared to others. If you are confused between finis agility paddle and this paddle the buy that product because that paddle give more resistance
