Not sure with this product. I bought it thinking it was clear nail polish. You need an UV light to dry your nails, but when you buy it. They don’t tell you what you need with it.

Great polish, terrible Amazon shipping.
I LOVE Madam Glam products but Amazon has GOT to pay more attention to the orders they send out. I purchased the clear base and I got a clear top coat. These polishes aren't returnable. Luckily Amazon took care of this as they should, but I'm very nervous about this happening again. I've just ordered a replacement, but if Amazon doesn't get this right again I'll have to stop purchasing Madam Glam via Amazon. This has been my preferred method for this brand because shipping takes too long through their website to get to my door.

It never said I needed to order a iv light or even offer one to buy. Not pleased with this product. Cant use it will have to just throw it out
