I tried gaining weight with lot of traditional methods for years like eating more bananas, peanut butter, ghee, more eggs or increase in food intake (more chapati or rice) but nothing worked. I also do heavy workout and still my weight never increased. In fact i used to eat alot more than other guys. But tried this gainer and it worked. The taste is awesome, I'm in love with it. This is the correct way to use it: Company says you need to consume 7 scoops in a day, i thought it's too much so i only took 3 in a day for a week and didn't see any result. Then i slowly increased to 7 scoops per day and started seeing results. This is how i personally consume now: Early morning workout by eating only dates or little dry fruit. Then 3 scoops after workout. After 1 hour, i eat breakfast. Then when I'm feeling slightly hungry in afternoon, i take 2-3 scoops before lunch, then after 1-1.5 hours, i eat lunch. Then if i feel hungry in evening and i still have lots of time for dinner then i take 1-2 scoops (this is occasionally). I have consumed 4 big jars of 3 kg and gained 9-10 kg so far. I will take a break of few months then will restart again to rech my target of 75kg. Oh, by the way, I was 44kg when i started (with height of 5'10) and now I'm 54kg and doesn't look skinny anymore. My face also got little fat, cheeks look little big and it looks attractive. I have documented everything. Should i just start a YouTube channel and guide everyone in detail?

I purchased a Labrada Mass Gainer 5.5 KG few day's back from a local supplement store, that was my first supplement purchase, one of my gym mate suggested to buy this product to gain weight. And i purchased it from a local supplement store nearby me where i found the fake product for ₹5000/- and i actually didn't know there is a possibility of fake products too. After consuming for 2 Scoop time's i found many side effects like Acne, digestion problem then i quit taking and researched about the product. Then i got to know about MPN authentication. I cross checked the packet of mine but i couldn't find any code or any stickers in the package. I was cheated and lost my money too.
