Good but NOT GREAT
I bought this book for my Warehouse team in Angola to help them with Supply Chain issues, specifically in Warehousing and materials management. While the book is good, it is nothing more common practices and principles packaged in a slightly different manner. I have spend 38 years in Supply Chain Management and In my opinion the value of the content does not equate to the price of the book. This information can be obtained at a much more effective price point.

Well cataloged and divided into useful sections. A very handy reference for supply chain and logistics managers, directors and VPs. Sample formulas, charts, KPIs and measurment techniques
