Letters were cracked and broken cheaply made

Letters missing and not in alphabetical order. Very hard to find the correct letters.
The letters are not in alphabetical order and very hard to figure out what the letters actually are. I searched for an S in both low case and upper case and they were not on the sheets. I would not recommend these. I think some of the sheets were missing.
