Irresponsible service from Amazon
Faulty pen. Seller should at least make sure that the pen is in working condition. This particular pen is damaged and refill does not come out after twist. Waste of time and money.

Looks sturdy, but a Delicate Darling
I am shocked by this product. I bought this ball pen twice and had the same experience. If, by any chance, the pen falls and the impact is on the side, it stops working. A pen with a metal body looks so sturdy, by a Delicate Darling. Spending so much, but the Product value is "ZERO." Useless.
