Description
This South Indian variant to curry powder is used to make a simple curry gravy that can be used to make vegetable and non-veg curries. Preparation: To make mutton curry, chicken curry, peas kurma & vegetable peas and potato curry. To prepare any type of above mentioned curries, make a base using a tomato base, vegetable soup base etc, and then add Aachi curry masala powder and required chilli powder. (This Aachi curry masala powder does not contain chili powder). Ingredients Coriander, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cumin, Dry Ginger, Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Fennel, Turmeric, Cloves, nutmeg, mace and salt.
