According to the chart on the battery charger, one battery is no good, will not charge at all, didn't want to go to the hassle of returning, so will go buy an extra battery!

So far so good, no dead battery included like others I have read. one week use, at this point .Better than the whole 20 min I got out of the{ two} 20 volt DEWALT grease gun failures .This one better last or I will lose my mind!!
