Ugly, Definitely not what I bought
The mug I received looked nothing like the picture. Didn't even have purple on it. No, they didn't send the wrong style. It was very poor quality. Receiving this ugly mug when I was looking forward to one similar to the picture was upsetting enough but when I contacted the company for refund information it had to be approved. Then I had to send photos. The pictures show the difference.

great mug but color does not match photo
great mug but the color does not even closely resemble the actual mug. actual mug is lavender with the same stripes as the blue mug. I bought both and was hoping for more contrast.
