khadi DARK BLONDE Natural Hair Color

Omg…I have to write a review. For the past year, I’ve been going to a professional hairstylist and colorist to deal with my incredibly resistant greying hair (90% grey now!). All that did was completely damage my hair (I guess all the peroxide and other chemicals) - AND IT NEVER EVEN WORKED - the grey was never completely covered. Frustrated, I had to do a ton of research and finally settled on Khadi products. I don’t know about anyone else, but this stuff is the most effective and NATURAL coloring - I couldn’t be more satisfied. Not only are the ingredients natural, the result is natural…down to the root. It does go on pasty like you’re literally putting PLANTS on your hair - but I LOVE that!!

I have light brown hair with reddish and blonde highlights. I tried the dark blonde to cover grey hairs at my roots and it worked beautifully, blending well with my natural hair color.

Worst product ever. I followed step instructions, including the Color Prep, and my hair is a steely green, not dark blonde. Do not use. It also smells awful and the odor lasts for days. I'm only hopeful it will wash out.

I got this for my sister. She has dark blond hair but has a lot of grey and blond highlights. She didn't want to keep spending so much at the salon and dying with bleach and chemicals so we found this. It covered the grays great but did turn kind of green for the first few days. It darkened her blond highlights but really did match her roots nicely. It's been about a month and grays are starting to show again, but good product for the cost. I think she will do it again.

The Khadi DARK BLONDE powder truly impressed me. I used this over faded, slightly brassy highlights, aiming for a cool, matte dark blonde base. The application process is the main con: it’s messy (it’s a plant paste), smells strongly of dried grass, and requires a long processing time (I left mine on for two hours). However, the commitment is worth it. This 100% plant-based color delivered exactly what I hoped for, eliminating all the unwanted warmth and brassiness. The final shade is a rich, cool dark blonde—very close to an ash tone, which is exactly what the description promises. My hair also felt stronger and shinier, not damaged at all. The pros are the perfect color correction and amazing hair condition. If you’re willing to handle the mess and time investment for a genuine, non-damaging ash-blonde tone, I highly recommend this product. Just budget enough time and use gloves!

Very good quality henna I just wish the ottle was bigger. My hair gets soft and shiny every time I use it.

Ich mag Khadi PHF, Geruch, Konsistenz, Farbabgabe: Bisher hat immer alles gepasst. Grauabdeckung reicht mir aus. Ich muss dunkelblond mit Cassis oder so abmischen, sonst wird es bei mir etwas zu dunkel. Generell schön kühler Farbton, nach 4 Wochen kupfert aber es manchmal.

Utilisé sur une base blond foncé pour remplacer un blond d'une autre marque de couleur végétale qui était trop dorée à mon goût, et camoufler mes quelques cheveux blancs. J'ai fait un mélange 50/50 avec le blond Berlin et j'ai bien fait : ça aurait été trop foncé autrement. J'ai encore quelques reflets dorés au soleil mais légers et l'ensemble est très joli et naturel. Les cheveux blancs sont camouflés. La "pâte" est plus facile à enlever que la marque que j'utilisais précédemment. Bref, j'adopte dorénavant la marque Khadi, je ferai sans doute 1/3 blond foncé et 2/3 blond Berlin la prochaine fois.

Ich habe die Haarfarbe vor 3 Monaten gekauft und war seitdem am überlegen ob ich sie ausprobiere oder wieder mit Chemie färbe. Da der Zustand meiner Haare - im Bereich der Spitzen - schlecht war, trocken, ausgebleicht und farblos habe ich mich durchgerungen die Pflanzenfarbe auszuprobieren. Vorbehandlung mit Pre ( Einwirkzeit 2 Stunden - also 1 Stunde zu lang), dann die Farbe dunkelblond - Einwirkzeit 1 Stunde. Nach dem Abspülen war ich erst einmal geschockt, leichter Grünstich und relativ dunkel - aber genauso wie der Ton für meine Haarfarbe abgebildet ist. Nach zwei Tagen und der ersten Haarwäsche kann ich sagen, das Ergebnis ist einfach fantastisch! Der Grünstich ist weg, optimale Deckkraft, die Haare glänzen und haben einen ganz leicht rötlich, goldenen Schimmer. Meine Haare haben schon lange nicht mehr so gesund ausgesehen. Fazit, ich bleibe dabei, nie wieder Chemie! Ich habe sehr viele Rotpigmente im Haar, deshalb benutze ich nur aschige Farben. Den natürlich, heuartigen Duft empfinde ich nicht störend, viel besser als der „chemische“ Geruch nach einer chemischen Färbung!

Très facile à mélanger, texture très agréable et facile à appliquer. Couleur conforme à ce qui est indiqué. Très bon produit.

Easy to use. The colour was just the right darker blonde for my natural colour and covers grey hair perfectly. Some blonde dyes have too much red but this one doesn't which is perfect. You should know this is a natural product and everything takes longer when coloring hair. You may also need to repeat after 3 or 4 weeks. That might be inconvenient for some, but it doesn't damage your hair which is the reason for using it.
