I like this mattress it's not like my old one which was very expensive but for needing a quick mattress it is firm not as firm as I expect from to be it has a pillow top which is nice I've had it for 2 years now it's not syncing it's not losing the firmness it's still comfortable I let it air out for 2 days before using it probably didn't need to but I did I flipped it for one day and haven't had a problem with it I know sometimes if you don't let the mattresses air out they don't perk up to its firmness and they tend to wear down more easily but I like the mattress didn't have a funny smell which was great it came very fast and it was vacuum sealed which made it easier for me to put it on to a platform bed frame and I thoroughly enjoy it

This mattress is TOO SOFT (for me). I love a "pillow top," but this is like sleeping on a pillow. Is it well made? YES. Can you feel the doily springs? Well, yes, but it has a nice fluffy top. But "medium-firm" according to this manufacturer means your body will sink into it. I am not huge (6'1" 200 lbs), but I am not so light that I can float on a soft mattress. This is much softer than a foam mattress, and I never thought I would miss a "firm mattress" (ever).I have included pictures from when I first opened the box. I followed the directions to let it air out for 24 hours. NO SMELL. No "saggy corners." I really wanted to like this (I had to return it). But it really is well-made, and if you want a super-soft mattress I think you will like this (you can kind of feel the spring coils, but that did not bother me). It is spongy. I need to make that clear so that if you read THIS review you won't buy the wrong mattress. I believe the manufacturer makes a good product, but that their marketing / product description is somewhere between inadequate and misleading. This is not at all "medium-firm."Anyway, hope this helps, and that you have a good night's sleep. I am donating this one and buying a more expensive mattress. It is the problem of shopping online. Some products you just can't test (feel) before you own them.

I have been having back and shoulder issues and didn't realize it was my mattress until I spent a few weeks traveling and 1 week house sitting. Upon returning home each time it felt like I was trying to sleep on a huge bag of flour. No give. I pulled up my order history today to see if I had gotten the one with coils or if I had just gotten the classic foam ones. I got this one and I have had it since October of 2020. Miserable and shopping.

This mattress came wrapped up in SO much plastic. It felt excessive because it was rolled and wrapped in plastic but the entire mattress laid out flat was also wrapped in plastic. The mattress started expanding as it was being removed from the plastic, which my kids found fascinating. We gave it the full 48 hours to rest/expand before using it. This picture is from right after we got it out of the packaging. It fluffed up nicely. It's soft and supportive. It's also quiet. My kids love playing on the youngest's new big kid bed.

I was happy with it till about 3 months ago I purchased it in April 2021 and now I wake up with alot of back issues I tried turning it but it seems as the middle goes down and it's so uncomfortable and now I don't know if that is covered under the warranty

Mattress was a little difficult getting out of the box. Once I got it out it was easy to set up and I slept on it that same night a couple of hours after I laid it out on my bed. OMG what a difference, my old mattress left me feeling like I'd been wrestling all night. I ordered the (firm) and at first I thought it was a little too soft. But it's just right, got my first good night's sleep in a long time.

Ok let me start by saying I hardly ever write reviews but I love this mattress and wanted to share my experience so it can help someone in the future. I purchased this mattress in December of 2021 and from the first night I used it I saw a major difference in my quality of sleep. I want to put this out there...this is a pretty stiff mattress but very comfortable. My husband and I are "big" people and it's hard to find something that supports us the way this mattress has. We both struggle with chronic pain (back, hips, knees) and this mattress is the first one we've owned that doesn't add to our pain. We can sleep on it for hours (which is hard to do usually when you suffer from pain) and get up without feeling super sore. We bought this cheaper mattress to see if we liked a hybrid mattress before we spend a couple thousand on a purple mattress. I never thought a mattress that was less than $300 that was delivered in a box would turn out to be the best purchase I've made in a LONG time!! I highly recommend!!

We have been through a lot of mattresses. Very expensive to very cheap. After sleeping on this mattress in a hotel for a couple of nights we noticed how supportive it was yet mildly firm. We ended up buying it and one month in still love it! Great for people with lower back issues yet not too firm or too soft. As Goldilocks said…. “This one is just right.” The price is amazing for this level of comfort too.
