This book is one I will read from every day. I will reread over and over. So full of God's wisdom for knowledge and understanding. God blessed you Caroline to impart to us in the Christian ways to strengthen us and build godly character in us.

I bought this as a gift. My friend got to day 22 and it skips to day 55. The book is MISSING PAGES. The content of the book and Author are great. Very dissatisfied that there are missing pages and outside of the return window.

I saw Caroline Leaf on YouTube and decided to purchase some of her books. As a neuroscientist, she has a great approach to healing brain dysfunction. Mercury from amalgam fillings, Chronic Lyme disease with a host of co-infections, hormonal issues, hypothyroidism, and aging, have challenged my memory and emotions. Dr. Leaf's approach is scientific as well as being focused on scriptural insights that help elevate our thoughts to those inspired by Christian principles. This book is a daily devotional where she challenges the reader to not only think about but also write about the scriptural text she selects for each day. I believe there is healing power in studying the scriptures but that in writing our thoughts about these snippets of scripture, we challenge our minds to loftier, life-altering precepts that elevate our minds to a better way of thinking and then in the way we choose to live our lives. Healing our minds isn't just for those of us with brain issues. It is for everyone who wants to live a better life. We make choices about so many things every day, and I think sometimes we get stuck in ruts brought on by not living with the integrity we really want. She teaches that our choices for good compound into better feelings about ourselves, which is both healing and happiness-inducing, and that there is great value in living Christ-like principles.
