Just what I expected. Easy read format.

In the everchanging state of health care we need to be proactive for the changes ahead. This looks at some of the potential management techniques in the small (microsystem) setting. It was required for a course I had at Dartmouth. Yet, I found it to be insightful and the kind of book I would have read anyway.I have purchased additional copies for others in the health care management field.

This book was ok. I did not like that there are no bold points in the book. Otherwise it had the information I needed for my course objectives. Just had to search a little harder for them.

This book was required for a class, however I do wish we actually read more of it! It deserved to be read from front to back - instead they had us read this book in piecemeal fashion.

New book without any blemishes. I got what I expected and delivered on time by seller as I needed the book within the 4 day period it was delivered. I will not talk about the contents of the book only to say read 1st chapter and it is a well-written book. I need it for school or otherwise I would not have bought it.
