instructions are conflicting and unclear, so be patient, make adjustments.I did not tighten the folding handle bars and they folded on me while riding so make sure you take care. If you are not handy you might want to get a little help. I have gone 30 miles on full power at 24 mph. rides great. Be careful and take time ,it is powerful and can jump on you. Know what mode your in and start slow. If you are older or less steady you might want something with less power. I am 69 but steady and in good health. pedal assist 1 is the only one I use besides the throttle because the others give more power than you need. I pedal without power a lot but it is comforting to know if the wind picks up or a hill is too steep I can kick in the power Folds into my condo storage, rides great.Works for me and I am glad I bought it.
