Excellent steel and delivery
It is very rare that I ever write product reviews unless product/service is very good or very, very bad. This is a case of the product and service being very good. I ordered a 1"x36" flat bar which turns out to be 1/8" thick. Just what I wanted for my project. The steel is nice and straight, no rust or defects and came in a heavy duty 8x8x36 box to ensure that it would arrive unbent. FedEx delivered it just 3 days after I ordered it, on a Sunday. Excellent service and product.

Well, it's a piece of metal soooo.....
Just got this in. Purchased to weld to a core support for stability in a car. Was unsure of the thickness but it appears to be 1/8" which is exactly what I needed. Came with a few rust spots but that's not unusual. Solid piece and should do the trick!

Exactly as advertised!
I received this today and found no problem with it. This is 1/8 in steel and I have no idea how people receive it misshapen. Mine is perfectly straight and will be great for my purposes.

Not flimsy. Solid. As good as the originals that came with the cabinet.
I bought this because I have a wooden file cabinet with notches for a metal rail that supports hanging files. I know. Paper. So 20th century. Anyway I had lost the rails for one of the drawers. Measured the existing rails and looked online for compatible. Found this. Bought it. Hacksawed it to the proper lengths and voila. Perfect fit. Files are hanging. My OCD for organizing partially assuaged.
