El mejor video de ejercicios que he tenido, estan sencillos los ejercicios, cualquier persona los puede hacer. No necesitas tener condicion. El primer dia sientes el trabajo, ese dolorcito sabroso que te da satisfaccion.

Too physical for me. I am at the 50+ group, and very out of shape. This is a live group; a lot of hooping and hollering. Quite annoying to me, because I am a very quiet type. You'll need a lot of space, which I don't have, but good luck to you, if that is your thing.

I think beto the guy who invented it keeps you motivated and engaged at times its like hes talking to you and giving you one on one advice:), of course you cant just do it once and expect results, keep doing it as much as you can and eat healthier.!!

I loved the price and it was exactly what I had been searching for over a year. It's the best Zumba dvd for live interaction and fun.

The exercises are fun & relatively easy to follow with practice. The performers with the live audience keep me moving and motivated.Try it, you'll like it!
