what size would you recommend ? i'm 6ft

I am 4ft 9 1/2 and the small was perfect for me in the body but obviously not the leg length. I could have done with that being 6" less as usual. Definitely not the small.

What size is x-large please? up to? in women's sizing if possible as i want to have enough room for flexibility. thanks.

I'm a 6'3" man and the xl fits just fine. Anywhere from 6' to 6'4" I would say. They are reasonably baggy - enough to wear your normal clothes underneath plus more possibly, so I wouldn't worry about the flexibility part. Although they are not designed for very hard use. For the price a great product.
